Operates the school under the Education Act — 320 learners today, across the Syokimau and Prideland campuses.

Continuous safety railings
Stainless steel, dual-height guardrails on corridors and staircases — all sixteen levels.
Specialised disability kits
Braille materials, auditory learning kits and tactile paving paths for visual navigation.
Civil & structural works
Reinforced masonry adjustments, shaft openings and structural preparation for the lifts and escalator.
Commercial passenger lift
2 × five-stop traction lifts serving Blocks C and D.
Commercial escalator line
One unit, a ground-to-first-floor alternative, in Block C.
Adaptive PWD school bus
1 × 33-seater midi-bus with automatic hydraulic tail-lift, ISO floor tracks and anchor straps.
02 — Phase 1 · Year 1
What Year One actually buys
The build order is deliberate: the cheapest, highest-impact items ship first, so the campus gets measurably safer and more accessible while the larger mechanical tranches are still being negotiated.
Every structural alteration, lift-shaft drill and heavy machinery move is restricted to the April, August and December recesses — learning is never interrupted.
03 — The estate
Four blocks. Sixteen levels.
An engineering plan, not an artist's impression. Each block is colour-coded by the phase that touches it.
Three levels each — standard classrooms and learning labs. Phase 1 railings and disability kits run across all of them.
Five levels each — administration, specialised science labs, libraries and multi-purpose spaces. Lifts land here; the escalator is in Block C.

Naming rights are issued at the contracting stage, once a line item is committed and the ring-fenced CapEx account is live.
